Specs: 18 pages (mimeo) plus questionnaire, 8½ × 11", side-stapled. Published by Charles Wells, 1961 (Oberlin, Ohio).
Condition: A lot of wear, tanning at edges, tear on back page (spine edge), vertical crease from original mailing, complete and intact, address/postmark on actual back cover, binding is good. Please enlarge the images for a closer look.
