The main story, Scenes from the Life and Death of Jim Henson, highlights key moments in his life from childhood to his untimely death. It's followed by three one-pagers: Halved Ping-Pong Ball and his Mother's Old Green Coat, a Kermit-related scene from a longer piece called Sing Into My Mouth, and The Life of Dr. Bunsen Honeydew. The book concludes with a poem called To Kermit Before He Writes "Being Green".
