Comics by Jim Bergeson and Oviatt. I assume it was a numbered edition as "#283" is written on the inside front cover. Also, this copy is signed by Jim Bergeson on the inside back cover.
I believe there were two issues but neither is listed in Kennedy.
Specs: 5½ × 8½", 20 pages, heavy textured stock cover. Published by Jim Bergeson (presumably), 1983.
Condition: Very minor wear, price sticker on cover, complete and intact, no tears or markings. Please enlarge the images above for a closer look.
