According to Dale Lee Coovert's Michael Roden Catalog (http://homepage.mac.com/dalecoovert/index2.html),
"The Halloween comix were produced primarily as gifts for friends and supporters of Michael Roden and Thru Black Holes Comix. Leftover copies were sold through the Thru Black Holes mail-order lists and catalogs."
The cover is a collaboration between Roden and Ed H. Dorn but the rest is all Roden.

Specs: 4¼ × 5½", 8 pages. Published by Thru Black Holes Comix, 1981.
